Standard delivery takes 5–7 business days across India after dispatch. Because each piece is made to order, please allow the crafting time mentioned on the product page before your order ships.

Yes — shipping is free on all orders above ₹2,999 across India.

As soon as your order is dispatched you will receive an email with a tracking link. You can also visit our Check Order Status page.

We currently ship across India. For international requests, write to us through the contact page and we will do our best to help.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the piece is unworn, unwashed and in its original condition with tags intact. Please see our refund policy for full details.

Yes — write to us within 14 days of delivery and we will arrange a size exchange, subject to availability. Made-to-order pieces can be re-crafted in your size.

Dry clean only. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, and handle with care to preserve the handcrafted details. Each product page carries specific fabric and care notes.

Every Tusni piece is handcrafted — small irregularities in the weave, print or dye are not flaws. They are the living proof of a human hand, and no two pieces are ever exactly alike.
