TERMS OF USE

This website is operated by Tusni. Throughout this site, "we," "us," and "our" refer to Tusni. By visiting tusnistudio.com or placing an order with us, you're agreeing to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, along with any policies referenced here. These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time — continued use of the site after a change is posted means you accept the revised version.

1. Use of the Site. 

You agree not to use Tusni's site for any unlawful purpose, to transmit viruses or harmful code, or to copy, resell, or exploit any part of the site or its content without our written permission. We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or restrict access at our discretion — including where we suspect fraud, abuse, or a breach of these Terms.

2. Products & Accuracy 

We try to represent our garments, fabrics, and colours as accurately as possible, but display settings vary across screens, and — because most pieces are hand-painted or hand-beaded — small variations in colour, print placement, or beadwork are part of the handmade process and not a defect. We reserve the right to correct errors in descriptions and to limit quantities.

3. Pricing and payment 

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. A flat shipping charge of ₹300 applies to all orders within India and is shown before checkout. 

We may change prices at any time, but a change will never affect an order already placed. 

Payment is taken in full at the time of ordering, except for Cash on Delivery, which is available on orders below ₹10,000. Orders of ₹10,000 and above are prepaid only. We accept

credit cards, debit cards, net banking and UPI. Online payments are handled by our payment partner; we do not store your card details. 

If a price is listed incorrectly through a genuine error, we will contact you before making your piece, and you may confirm the corrected price or cancel for a full refund. 

4. Orders 

Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we send you an order confirmation, and a contract forms at that point. 

We may decline an order — because a fabric is unavailable, because of a pricing error, or where we suspect fraudulent use of a payment method. If we decline after payment, we refund you in full. 

5. Made to order and cancellation 

Your piece is made after you order it. Dispatch takes 11–12 business days. 

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed. After that, cutting has begun and cancellation is not possible. 

6. Shipping and delivery 

We currently ship within India only. Orders are dispatched within 11–12 business days of order confirmation, as each piece is made/prepared to order.

Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Once a parcel is handed to our courier, transit time is in their hands, and delays caused by weather, strikes, regional restrictions or courier backlogs are outside our control. 

Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. 

Please give us a complete and accurate delivery address. We cannot take responsibility for a parcel delivered to an address you supplied incorrectly. 

7. Returns, exchanges and refunds 

Our Returns, Exchanges & Refunds policy forms part of these terms. Please read it. 

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. 

8. Intellectual property 

Everything on this website — our prints and motifs, the Tusni name and logo, our photography, and all written content — belongs to Tusni or is used under licence. 

Our hand-originated prints are original artworks. You may not reproduce, copy, adapt, print, or use them commercially without our written permission. 

You may share our images on social media with credit. You may not use them commercially, or present them as your own. 

9. Website security and availability 

You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to this site, interfere with its operation, or extract its content by automated means. 

We take reasonable care to keep the site accurate and available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. 

10. Content you submit 

If you send us a review, a photograph, or any other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use it in connection with Tusni, with credit where you have given us a name to credit. 

You confirm that the content you send is yours to share and does not infringe anyone else's rights. 

11. Links to other sites 

We are not responsible for the content or practices of sites we link to. 

12. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with any order is limited to the value of that order.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Nothing here excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. 

13. Events outside our control
We are not liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control — including natural events, fire, flood, epidemic, civil unrest, strikes, courier failure, or failure of utilities or communications networks. 

14. Governing law
These Terms & Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.

15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version in force when you place an order is the version that applies to it.
